The other day, Jonathan and I had gone to long and mcquade, and across the street there was the most delicious smelling chicken shop. We had to go in, He told me that it was the best chicken that he’s had in all of Toronto. We walk in, It reminds me of the soup Natzi shop in Seinfeld. As we’re waiting in line we we’re discussing the options in front of us, I told him to go ahead of me, and to order mine as well. But when he ordered, he didn’t know what I wanted. The chef quickly looked at me, and rushed me for my order. I began to get anxiety, I panicked and yelled “Breast!”. Jonathan then asked me if I liked white or dark. I told him ”dark! dark!!” The chef then packed up our food and handed it to us.
We had decided to sit outside and eat at one of the tables. As I was calming down, Jonathan decided to go to the store and get us some drinks :). While he was across the street in the store, I had a little visitor come and join me….A Wasp! then there were 3 of them, just trying to feed off our food!! I was trying to shoo them away with my Napkin. Jonathan comes out of the store and I’m just standing there whipping my napkin around like a crazy lady!
we laughed about this a lot later!! He said watching me is like a comedy show. This got me thinking… I should start writing the things that happen to me in my daily life, use them as inspiration.
Check out, a friend from work has been recognized for her blogs, or what she likes to call blongs ;)! she’s got some great points! and has inspired me to write more.
